Deployment & Automation Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-scale equipment installations and PLC/Automation startups in an international environment. OT Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience deploying Inductive Automation (Ignition), Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate within a manufacturing context. Smart Hardware Integration: Expert knowledge of integrating DC Torque tools, OT gateways, and Industrial Tablets into a production line. Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing deployment or plant engineering, specifically with power products or high-complexity electronics. Proven Launch Track Record: Demonstrated success in "Vertical Startups" and the physical implementation of DFM/DFA principles on the factory floor.
