Job Overview: the company is hiring skilled CNC Setter Cum Operators with practical experience in CNC machine operations, job setting, tool setting, and precision measurement. Candidates should be capable of working with engineering drawings and performing machine-setting activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC machines for production.
- Perform job setting, fixture setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Understand and work with basic G-code and M-code.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain production quality and follow workplace safety procedures.
Educational Qualification:
- ITI in Machinist or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- CNC training or certification preferred.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant CNC machine operation experience.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 gross per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
