Job Description This role is a great opportunity for an Intern who has or is looking toward becoming a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, or Plant Financial Controller. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience in a manufacturing environment and learn about the inner workings of how standard costs are developed and maintained.

• Identify outliers in relation to margin or potential data integrity issues

- Work closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure BOM & Routing are aligned with current production procedures
- Assist with developing a go forward plan to ensure BOM & Routing are maintained on a go forward basis
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work cross functionally with Finance, Manufacturing Engineers, & Product Managers
- Understanding of cost accounting and interest in Manufacturing
- Sees the importance of data integrity, as it’s the foundation for making business decisions
- Preferred: Proficiency in SAP
- Full-time availability for Summer 2027

- The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $18.80-$20.91 USD
