Role Overview As an Optical Dispenser, you play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the correct eyewear solutions. You will interpret ophthalmic prescriptions, deliver, adjust, and repair eyewear, directly supporting our patients¿ vision needs. • Interpret ophthalmic spectacle prescriptions and eyewear orders accurately. • Properly deliver, adjust, and repair eyewear for patients. • Complete all required training courses as directed by Henry Ford OptimEyes. • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues. What You Will Need Required Qualifications

• Previous computer experience and basic math skills. • Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
