We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Oracle databases, along with a solid understanding of modern application architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development. In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, building robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile delivery, establish engineering best practices, and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. Requirements Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and related technologies.

- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access layers using Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and established software design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, technical leads, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver agreed-upon sprint objectives.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for application deployment and service orchestration.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective defect resolutions.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system reliability, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Maintain code quality and version control standards using Git and GitHub Enterprise.
- Identify opportunities to streamline development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve engineering efficiency.
- Communicate progress, manage technical risks, and proactively address dependencies and delivery challenges.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables, contribute to engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software in an Agile development environment.
