As a Solution Engineer, you will design and implement robust API integration solutions for our cloud-based SaaS platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between our services and clientsโ existing systems. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps. Your role will involve deploying APIs, troubleshooting integration challenges, and optimizing performance to meet stringent uptime and security standards. Leveraging your expertise, you will also support preโsales technical demonstrations and postโimplementation training to drive customer success and adoption. Requirements ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations for SaaS applications โข Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define integration requirements and specifications โข Conduct endโtoโend testing of API endpoints and troubleshoot integration issues โข Optimize API performance, monitoring, and scalability to meet SLA targets โข Provide technical support and guidance to clients during onboarding and deployment phases โข Document integration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides โข Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards โข Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos for sales and customers โข Participate in code reviews and collaborate on continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines โข Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the engineering community

- 1+ years of handsโon experience with API integration and implementation
- Proficiency in RESTful API design, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and JSON/XML data formats
- Familiarity with SaaS deployment models, multiโtenant architecture, and cloud services
- Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for automation
- Experience with API gateways, rate limiting, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT)
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with technical and nonโtechnical stakeholders
- Proactive problemโsolving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to mentor peers
- Proven track record of delivering successful client integrations within timelines.
