What you’ll be doing as a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
- Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed
- Ability to be on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications
- Willing to work in field caregiving as needed
- 7 days on/ 7 days off- willing to be flexible
- 5:00P-8:00A
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Valid Driver’s License/Auto Insurance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area (1 hour and a half)
- Ability to pass a drug screen(Including THC)/clear background
