Fund operations analyst

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and reconcile daily fund transactions and cash flows.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for various funds.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fund valuations.
• Support the implementation of new fund structures and investment strategies.
• Conduct performance analysis and reporting for fund portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in fund accounting and operations.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance fund operations systems and processes.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
