Are you a sales-driven leader who knows how to grow revenue, develop high-performing teams, and turn customer relationships into long-term business partnerships? City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Director of Operations to lead the growth and performance of our Greenville market. As Director of Operations, you will lead and develop our Facility Solutions Managers (FSMs) and Night Managers, establish clear performance expectations, and drive results across sales growth, account retention, service quality, and profitability. You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, expand service offerings, and build a scalable operation. What You Will Do Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, account expansion, cross-selling, and additional service offerings.

- Coach FSMs on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and increasing account revenue.
- Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable for results.
- Build a proactive, growth-oriented culture focused on business development and customer value.
• Maintain client retention above 90% through strong relationships, proactive communication, and service excellence. • Lead, coach, and develop FSMs and Night Managers to improve performance and achieve business goals. • Engage key customers, resolve escalated concerns, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships. Requirements Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, operations, or a related field, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, analyze business results, and drive revenue and profitability.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and Independent Contractors.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel throughout the local market as required.
