New Business Sales Executive

About the company Our client is a technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Run the full sales cycle for a newly launched offering, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing and ongoing customer growth. The role builds new revenue from the ground up, shaping the commercial approach and partnership plans, and reports to the regional general manager. What you'll do - Prospect for new business, pitch prospective clients and run commercial negotiations through to signed agreements. - Grow customer relationships after deals close, including ongoing service and renewal expansion. - Define the commercial playbook, partnership approach and expansion opportunities for a new offering. - Educate buyers on an unfamiliar kind of offering instead of responding to existing demand. - Coordinate with colleagues in several countries and functions on shared goals. Requirements What we're looking for - Highly motivated, energetic and passionate about the work. - A strong track record of closing consultative, multi-step sales cycles end to end. - Experience selling zero-to-one products that buyers do not yet know how to evaluate. - Extensive day-to-day use of AI tools beyond basic email and search. Bonus points - A history of rapid promotion, top sales club recognition or outsized attainment against quota. - A network in AI partnerships or a background at a leading AI company. - Notable achievement outside of work, such as in sports, music or games.
