ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, fast-moving team building infrastructure for AI model training and evaluation. You will own recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles, working closely with founders and team leads to bring in people who can shape the team's next stage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
- Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
- Build and improve recruiting operations and tools, using automation to make workflows more effective.
- Source candidates through high-signal and creative channels, and assess candidates using portfolios and projects as well as resumes.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product so you can communicate technical concepts credibly to candidates.
- Support onboarding and new-hire ramp, and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including engineering and product, and go-to-market roles.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup and in consulting.
- Strong candidate evaluation skills, including the ability to assess technical competence, product and market intuition, portfolios, and non-traditional backgrounds.
- Experience building recruiting operations and automating workflows; familiarity with tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay is useful.
- Comfort with AI-enabled workflow automation and a practical understanding of technical concepts.
- Strong organization, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines.
- Exposure to People Operations or HR, including onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California.
