Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care) Schedule: Part-time hours. Employee will work three 8-hour shifts one week and 2 the next week. There is a requirement of 2 weekend days per month and a holiday rotation schedule. Our facility serves a diverse, tight-knit community with easy access to Detroit and I-696. Our Occupational Therapy department is at the forefront of helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care plans and innovative therapies. Role Overview As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits. Your expertise will directly impact patients' ability to perform independent living skills, enhancing their overall well-being. You will support patients, their families, and caregivers by providing education and guidance throughout the therapy process.
