Role Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care by leading the coordination and delivery of nursing services. You will support patients and their families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Your role is vital in ensuring high-quality care, effective communication with the healthcare team, and finding solutions to meet patient goals. • Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate patient care. • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. • Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family education. • Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. • Participate in identifying and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
