Demand Planning

Experience: 1-5 years

Roles and responsibilities- ● Develop and maintain inventory planning models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. ● Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. ● Identify and address potential inventory shortages or excesses proactively to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations. ● Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules. ● Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ● Generate reports and analysis on inventory performance, including key metrics such as fi ll rate, stockout rates, and days of cover. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives

Requirement- ● 1-5 years' experience in planning in any industry is preferred ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
