• Previous General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is required
- Previous General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is required
- Brand Hotel experience, preferably with Marriott
- Strong ability to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Experience in financial management, including P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain guest relationships
- Competency in managing all departments of the hotel including rooms division, sales, and F&B
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service
