The role We're looking for someone early in their career to help drive growth across the business. You'll work on finding and winning new clients and supporting live delivery. It's a generalist role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly, and is comfortable figuring things out as they go. Requirement: 1 Role: Growth Generalist Location: Bangalore (Domlur | WFO | 6 days) Experience: 0-2 years Requirements What you'll do:
• Build targeted prospect lists of AI labs and model builders
- Build targeted prospect lists of AI labs and model builders
- Research accounts, draft personalized outreach, and manage follow-ups
- Keep the pipeline tracker clean and report on it weekly
- Help shape marketing strategy: positioning, messaging, and campaigns that feed the pipeline
- Support live delivery: QC checks, tracking, and vendor coordination
- Help prepare client updates, one-pagers, and decks
• Have 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome)

- Write clearly and think clearly
- Finish things without being chased
- Are curious about AI, data, or B2B tech
• Are from a Tier 1 institution, fast learner
- Are from a Tier 1 institution, fast learner
- Have outreach, sales, ops, or community work you can show
- Real ownership from week one
- Direct exposure to GTM and delivery at an AI data company
- A full-time role working closely with the founding team
