About the job
The Food Service Manager supervises all employees within the Service Deli and Orient Express Departments while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
