- Lead the build and implementation of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop a culture of continuous learning
- Identify and ensure accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance

Who You Are
Who You are: Experience: 6 to 8 years
Education: Bachelor’s(Engineering)/Master’s in computer science or a related field. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development concepts
- AWS+ReactJS+Typescript+Foundational Java knowledge is must have for this position
- Good understanding of React fundamentals:
- Functional Components, Props, State
- React Hooks ( useState , useEffect , useRef , useContext )
- Component composition and data flow
- Forms, validation, and API integration
- React rendering and performance best practices
- Basic to intermediate TypeScript knowledge:
- Interfaces, Types, Enums
- Generics (basic understanding)
- Typing React components, props, and API responses
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR, Client & Server Components)

- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
- Basic understanding of Nx and monorepo concepts
- Experience with React Hook Form and testing frameworks
- Strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals
- Ability to own medium-complexity features end-to-end
- Good code quality, collaboration, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn modern React and Next.js practices
