Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
- Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service needs
- Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
– Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment – Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction – Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure – Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams – Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues – Support HP servers and enterprise environments – Track inventory and provide service updates
