We are headquartered in Yokneam with offices in Tel-Aviv and Petach-Tikva.We are looking for a Head of Marketing, that will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the company globally.If you want to make a real impact in a huge and fast-growing market while improving lives of millions of patients and working in a global and innovative environment, this is your opportunity!Key responsibilities:Drive the Lumenis brand presence online and offline, by establishing effective marketing infrastructures and supporting campaigns that will be deployed across the Lumenis business globallyLead Lumenis’ digital strategy, activities and online presence: responsible for websites development and performance, share of voice online and lead generation through organic and paid efforts on PPC, social, inbound marketingResponsible for Corporate and Divisional branding – B2B2C. Maintain, develop and refresh and Lumenis brand book and work with the regional and product teams on a coherent implementation to ensure a coherent brand presence on all touch pointsCollaborate with product leads to define the go-to-market strategy and its implementation globally Work closely with Lumenis' regional marketing teams and actively drive the relationship, and translation of global marketing strategy to regional strategyCollaborate with product teams to develop the products' key messaging throughout the customer journey and develop relevant collateral to support sales, marketing and customer success in the fieldPerform marketing/business intelligence, market & competitive analysis and translate them into actionable business goals; Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiencesResponsible for deployment of Lumenis’ partners portal to ensure deployment of marketing and training materials in the best way possible to employees and partnersLead and develop the global Marketing team, setting strategic direction, providing guidance, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective execution of key marketing priorities and initiatives.
