Summary Job Description: Part Time/ 24 hours weekly / 12 hour shifts / 7P
Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.
Essential Duties:
- Personal hygiene
- Routine vital signs
- Routine care
- Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice
Preferred Requirements:
• 1 year of experience prefer
- 1 year of experience prefer
- Successful completion of an Approved Aide Training Program/SRNA
