U.S. Healthcare Credentialing Specialist

Required Qualifications and Skills

1-2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing, staffing compliance, or clinician onboarding preferred.

Strong knowledge of healthcare personnel files, immunization records, health screenings, and clinical compliance requirements.

Experience working with multiple healthcare clients and their specific onboarding requirements.

Practical knowledge of VMS platforms, client portals, and background screening systems.

Familiarity with ADP onboarding workflows and documentation requirements.

Experience with license verification, background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, and certification validation.

Ability to independently manage the complete end-to-end onboarding process and ensure all requirements are completed accurately within the specified turnaround time (TAT) and client deadlines

Expiring Credentials and Compliance Management: Ability to monitor and track expiring credentials and compliance documents for healthcare clinicians, proactively follow up for renewals, maintain accurate tracking records, and ensure all required documents are updated, verified, and completed before their expiration dates to prevent compliance gaps or assignment disruptions.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and time management.
