Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with suitable candidates.
Create detailed job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company's career page.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain organized records of candidate interactions and progression.
Conduct interviews by assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the company.
Coordinate and execute post-interview processes, including reference checks and background screenings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image and attract top talent.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from day one.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and innovative recruitment techniques to remain competitive in attracting talent.
