Role A machine operator sets up, runs, and monitors factory or warehouse equipment to make sure production lines work safely and efficiently. Key duties include setting up machinery, delivering production output, checking product quality, and fixing minor maintenance issues.
Job Duties
- Setup: Get machines ready by loading raw materials, adjusting parts, and testing settings before starting work.
- Operation: Run equipment safely to meet daily production goals.
- Quality Check: Inspect finished items for flaws and sort out bad pieces.
- Maintenance: Clean equipment, do basic daily checks, and fix small problems.
- Record Keeping: Write down output numbers, material use, and machine errors.
Job Requirements
- Education: ITI and High School. Technical training or certification is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years Past work in a factory, warehouse, or production setting.
