What You Will Do:
• Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
- Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery.
- Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities.
- Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues.
- Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers.
- Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services.
- Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
- Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders
• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience

- Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
- Strong Communication skills
- SAP knowledge
- Supply chain experience
- Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
- Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements : Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
