• Performs cycle time and takt time analysis
- Performs cycle time and takt time analysis
- Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing
- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
- Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles • Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel Pay Range: $55,000 to $70,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required. Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required. Benefits :
