The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to support executive decision-making, project reporting, and operational performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, this role focuses on developing structured reporting, dashboards, and scalable data solutions while continuously improving data collection, quality, automation, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating KPIs and graphical report layouts, identifying insights from diverse datasets, and maintaining data models. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 to 10 plus years of experience in data management and analysis, with strong expertise in relational databases, project reporting, and advanced Excel. Proficiency in SQL, PowerQuery, and Power BI is required, while knowledge of M, DAX, and VBA is a plus. Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills are essential.
