Coordinate property visits, government office work and maintenance of property records for Group companies. Handle property and title search activities by coordinating with advocates, banks and internal teams. Manage mortgage documentation and follow up on title-related observations. Coordinate property valuation activities with empanelled valuers and financial institutions. Maintain property, search, valuation and documentation MIS and trackers. Ensure timely follow-up, record maintenance and status updates to management.
