Ihre Tätigkeiten
- Fachgerechte Bedienung der verschiedenen Messeinrichtungen
- Tägliche Überprüfung der Messmittel gemäss Anweisungen
- Sperren und Freigabe von Kundenprodukten nach Anweisung
- Durchführung diverser optischer und funktionsrelevanter Prüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen, Untersuchungen und Erstmusterprüfungen
- Erstellung von Qualitätsdokumenten
- Führung von Ergebnisstatistiken
- Bedienung interner EDV Software im Qualitätsbereich
- Einhaltung der geltenden Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung von 6S
- Arbeiten in 2-Schicht
Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle
- Erfahrung im Umgang von Messmitteln
- Erfahrung in der optischen Teileprüfung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktspezifikationen
- Anwendung Microsoft Standardprogramme und ERP Systeme
- Ausbildung als Qualitätsprüfer von Vorteil
- Grundkenntnisse der ISO 9001
- Teile- Zeichnung lesen können
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
