The Role The Team Lead, Custody Operations (Night Shift) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of digital asset custody operations during overnight hours. This role serves as the first level of leadership for a team of custody operations associates, ensuring the accurate processing of digital asset transactions, reconciliations, asset movements, and operational controls. The Team Lead plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability, managing workflow priorities, resolving escalations, and supporting a strong risk and control environment. The successful candidate will combine operational expertise, leadership capability, and a client-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service while supporting FDA's commitment to security, compliance, and operational excellence. *This role will be working on a 4x10 schedule*
