Plan, Implement and drive effective asset management for wind asset (a 50.4 MW to 100 MW wind farm), manage site O&M activities and monitor & audit compliance to O&M contract, Apraava Energy’s policies and industrial rules and regulations ensuring smooth and optimum asset performance. Ensure that a robust discipline by team at site and a culture of Operation Excellence thrives at the Asset. Maintain a high quality follow up with partner as well as Apraava Energy’s internal team to ensure that site remains compliant and a high performer
