A subject matter expert in Company Law and allied corporate laws would aid in protecting the interests of the group companies, directors and board members and ensuring compliance to company secretarial laws within the applicable legal, statutory framework and guidelines, for the entire Apraava Energy group. With the growth, the group also seeks avenues for fund raising through public sources, including issue and listing of bonds on an ongoing basis.
