You’ll focus on building the ‘We are Hilton, We are Hospitality’ spirit and ‘CARE’ culture within your role as part of the DoubleTree by Hilton team, leading by example on a daily basis, delivering and exceptional service through the greeting, welcoming, arrival and departure. To ensure the Front Office Department is supervised to DoubleTree by Hilton standards, and that the overall hotel operation runs effectively.
