A Day in the Life The Global Commercial Office (GCO) Sales Enablement organization delivers technology solutions that enable commercial teams to improve customer engagement, sales execution, and business performance. This team partners with Sales, Service, Enterprise Accounts, and Commercial Operations stakeholders to support CRM capabilities across the Americas region and advance execution excellence through scalable, reliable technology solutions. This position is based in Hyderabad, India and follows a Flex work model. The role collaborates with globally distributed business and technology teams to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Salesforce applications and related business processes.

As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will support the quality assurance lifecycle for Salesforce solutions that enable commercial business processes across the Americas. This role is responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, release validation, and continuous improvement of quality practices to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
