Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr, Total Compensation (base pay + profit share + tips)

Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week
- 1 mandatory weekend shift
- 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business

Role Overview: As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.
Uniform Standards: Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock:
- Brown Belt
- Brown Steel-Toe Boots
- Branded Polo (Provided)
- Branded Ball Cap or Beanie (Provided)
- Sweatshirt (Provided)
- Navy BLUE work pants or shorts
Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles): DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
- Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
