Job Description We are looking for dependable and motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead daily operations and support team execution in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts, maintaining operational standards, supporting team members, and helping ensure excellent customer service during daily operations. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support daily store execution
- Supervise and coach team members during shifts
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with customer issue resolution
- Help manage labor and shift efficiency
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Support training and development of team members
- Communicate effectively with store leadership
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
- Reliable attendance and accountability
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
