What You'll Do:
- Perform comprehensive inspections and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, and drivability concerns
- Complete maintenance services to prepare vehicles for frontline sale
- Identify and document repair recommendations according to dealership standards
- Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and appearance requirements
- Work efficiently to meet internal production and turnaround goals
- Utilize service information systems, scan tools, and electronic repair resources
- Collaborate with service, parts, and used vehicle departments to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience
- Additional experience in agricultural, construction, marine, or commercial vehicle repair welcomed
- Familiarity in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing engines, electrical systems, and transmissions
- New York State Inspection License
- Up-to-date ASE Certifications
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $20.00 to $41.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
