What You'll Do:
- Inspect vehicles to identify and perform intermediate vehicle repairs and maintenance, such as brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Complete work accurately according to dealership and safety standards in collaboration with Service Advisors
- Road-test vehicles as needed to confirm service quality
- Document completed services and recommendations clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment
- Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed
Who We're Looking For:
- ALL LEVELS of technicians with BMW experience!
- Up-to-date, active ASE and manufacturer certifications
- Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems
- Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
