Job Description Position: D365 SCM Functional Lead Consultant Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Chennai, Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Lead Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), specifically in the Supply Chain Management domain. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in leading end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects, gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit D365 SCM solutions.
- Configure and implement D365 SCM modules, including:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Product Information Management
- Master Planning
- Sales Order Management
- Transportation Management (preferred)
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process documents, and solution documentation.

- Collaborate closely with technical consultants for customization, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in conference room pilots (CRP), UAT, training, and deployment activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Work directly with clients to address business challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• 6+ years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
- 6+ years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
- Strong expertise in D365 SCM modules and business processes.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle D365 SCM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and planning processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, demonstrations, and business process discussions.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics industries.

- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of integrations with third-party applications.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
