About the Role We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the Bank's architecture strategy, governance, and solution design initiatives. The role will be responsible for defining target-state architecture, governing technology decisions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology investments. Required Experience
• 15-20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise technology environments.

- Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.
- Experience in architecture governance, solution reviews, and technology transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of banking domains such as Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Channels, AI, ML, CRM, Data, and Analytics.
• TOGAF, Zachman or similar Architecture Framework certification.
- TOGAF, Zachman or similar Architecture Framework certification.
- Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of API, Microservices, Data Platforms, Cloud, AI, and Security Architecture.

• Define and maintain Enterprise Architecture roadmap across Business, Application, Data, Integration, Security, and Technology domains.

- Lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) and architecture governance activities.
- Review and approve solution architectures for strategic projects.
- Drive modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, data platforms, and digital transformation and AI initiatives.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
- Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and solution options.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Business, Technology, Security, and Risk teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams.
- Effective architecture governance across all strategic initiatives.
- Alignment of technology investments with business strategy.
- Reduction in technology duplication and technical debt.
- Successful delivery of scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
- Establishment of enterprise-wide architecture standards and best practices.
