Job Description Schedule: Part-Time. Weekends required. In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and the execution of the activities for residents
- Assisting the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library
- Driving residents to events and assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle
Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our residents
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong customer service skills are required
