What success looks like in this role:
- Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts
- Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth, cost effective and high-quality client experience.
- Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution.
- Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate.
- Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals.
- Manages contract scope, conducting periodic (i.e., monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client.
- Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.
- In partnership with the Client Executive, proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, looking for ways to enhance the company’s position and upsell aligned products and services.
- Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.
- Develops and administers budgets, schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.
You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
