We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions across modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM as required.
- Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert business needs into platform designs.
- Define coding standards, governance, instance strategy and best practices.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party tools.
- Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Guide and review the work of developers; support estimation and pre-sales activities.
- Plan platform upgrades, performance tuning and instance health checks.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a technical or solution architect.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies.
- Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal and Workspace.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Good to Have:
- ServiceNow CTA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) and CSA certifications.
- Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features and App Engine.
- Exposure to ITIL v4 processes and agile delivery.
