Job Description What You’ll Do
- Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and email
- Explain products, answer questions, and close sales
- Deliver an exceptional experience that earns repeat business
- Follow up consistently and overcome objections
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Qualifications What You Bring
- 1+ year of steady work experience in sales, retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, call center, or customer service required
- Sales, commission, or other performance-based experience strongly preferred
- Money-motivated and competitive: you want your pay tied to your results
- Positive and coachable: you welcome feedback and are driven to hit your goals
- Resilient under pressure: objections and sales targets push you forward
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Additional Information We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The starting hourly rate for this job is $20.00 per hour.
