About the job
- Answer technical questions from plant and environment teams about Vasthi analyzers and monitors.
- Guide customers through checks, calibration questions, and common faults before a site visit is needed.
- Log each call and pass site work to the service team when an engineer has to attend.
- Keep product notes current so the next call starts with the right instrument and history.
- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience with technical support, instruments, or customer service for industrial products.
- Clear explanations of faults and next steps for plant engineers.
- Careful tracking of open calls until each one is closed.
