Pre-Sales Consultant

Summary We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team by identifying client needs, preparing customized proposals, and assisting in closing deals. If you have a knack for understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable business solutions, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and answer customer questions. Handle lead generation and drive sales inquiries through Phone, Email, website, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Research and qualify new leads and transfer them to seniors to close the deal. Generate at least 3–4 leads on a daily basis. Explain and demonstrate features of services and stay informed about competing services. Communicate with prospects, manage client relationships, handle calls, and follow up on leads. Work closely with the sales team and potential customers to understand their needs. Design and present tailored solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate the value and benefits of the service. Handle technical questions or objections from customers and help them overcome any barriers to implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in pre-sales, preferably in digital marketing services with international clients. Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and international market dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
