As an Associate Technical Leader – Electrical Engineering , you will lead electrical engineering strategy and execution for large-scale industrial and factory infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for experienced professionals ready to provide technical direction, mentor teams, and ensure delivery of safe, optimized, and high-performance power systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical system layouts.
- Lead development and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical system layouts.
- Oversee load calculations, cable sizing, and power distribution planning.
- Approve panel specifications and electrical technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to Executives and Trainees within the electrical team.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and automation teams for integrated design delivery.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Review and approve vendor technical submissions and comparative evaluations.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial or plant engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in power systems, electrical design, and industrial distribution networks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical documentation systems.
- Experience in client interaction and technical team leadership.
