Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Hire for technical roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, MERN Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT positions.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified technical candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment .
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
