About the job
Own primary and secondary sales for an FMCG brand across a Lucknow territory, working through distributors and a retailer network.
What you will do
- Drive monthly primary and secondary sales targets for your territory
- Manage 2 to 3 distributors: stock, orders, claims and collections
- Plan beats for the distributor salesmen and review their daily productivity
- Grow the outlet base and the range sold in each outlet
- Run schemes and visibility drives, and report on competitor activity
