Lead sales for a building materials brand across the Indore area, managing a dealer network and a team of sales officers.
What you will do
- Own area sales, collections and market share targets
- Build and manage a network of dealers and retailers
- Lead, coach and review a team of 5 to 8 sales officers
- Run contractor and architect meets to grow influencer business
- Plan schemes, track competition and report to the regional manager
